Visitors will experience an outdoor sound installation, where speakers will play various birdcalls of known migratory birds to inhabit Florida’s wilderness seasonally, symbolizing Orlando’s history as a transient, migratory, and touristic city. Orlando, Florida is currently the largest tourist destination in the world, but it’s the surrounding theme parks that draw millions yearly. This artwork denotes the similarities of human and avian migration to the region; using a variety of bird tones will make visitors aware of things not always visible by drawing attention to the wildlife often overlooked.
